Dynargie is a training and consulting multinational company. Its Core Business is the behavioural area. It was founded in Switzerland in 1982 by Gilbert Serfaty and Philippe Graff and started its activity in Portugal in 1987. Presently, it has offices in almost all European countries and also has offices in Mauritius and São Paulo.
The current team of Dynargie Portugal is formed by full-time consultants (24), Management and IT support (2) and 5 staff elements split by Lisbon and Porto offices. Finally, at the top level there are two management teams: the Hand Team, consisting of all the Managing Partners and Partners, whose mission is "To think about what does not exist" and the Executive Commission whose mission is “To maximize the profit of what exists".
In 2002, a group of five Partners (Ângela Marçal, João Barbosa, João Pargana, Luis Lima and Teresa Passos) constitutes an Holding: Hand Team SGPS, SA and materialize a MBO on Dynargie Portugal. After this, the operations of Dynargie in Portugal, Spain and Brazil start to be managed directly by the Hand Team, continuing, however, the link to the brand and headquarters of the group in Genève.
Our core business is to develop attitudes and behaviours through two complementary tools: consultancy and training. With these two tools we develop and implement solutions for three different populations inside organizations:

- commercial
- customer care
The LSP concept and tools enlarged our portfolio since 2003 and we have now three certified consultants in Portugal and one in Spain. So far the feedback from clients has been diversified (from organizational contexts with specific objectives) and consistent (concerning the innovative process to obtain an outstanding tangible result).
