The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY program is delivered by an international community of consultancies (the Partners), who have been trained (as Facilitators) to deliver the methodology and who have signed a license agreement with the LEGO Group.
 
Currently there are 50+ Partners worldwide, most with core competencies in strategic planning and organizational development. They work with a wide range of corporate, government, education and non-profit clients.
 

WHAT CHARACTERIZES OUR PARTNERS AND WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU?

New Partners must already be firmly established within the field of business consultancy and/or personal consultancy. It is essential that all of our Partners have a number of tools and qualifications when joining LEGO SERIOUS PLAY.
 
The majority of our Partners are currently offering services within strategy- and organizational development, strategic HR, transformation processes, and to some degree in the field of coaching. Some also use the methodology for innovation processes and for processes in the education sector.
 
It is a prerequisite that you already have extensive facilitation and/or coaching skills when joining LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. The focus in LEGO SERIOUS PLAY is on the participants and their insights and it is essential that you have a highly developed ability to truly listen.
 
It is also a prerequisite that you master English at a fairly high level (all training, all materials, and all cross-community communication are in English).
 

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THIS IS FOR YOU?

At its very core the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology is about communication, exploration, and imagination, and it is very well suited for helping clients help themselves. Our Partners understand that they as consultants don’t have all the answers to clients’ problems. The values of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY also include the belief that everyone can contribute to the discussions and solutions in an organization. No employee is a potential expert in all company matters, of course, but we do strongly believe that people have a large untapped potential that can benefit not only the company but also the individual.  If you have these underlying values as an integral part of your offerings, then LEGO SERIOUS PLAY might be for you!
